Privacy Policy

What data do we process?

Pixepi processes only the data needed to run the service. Your data is never used for marketing, never sold and never shared for advertising.

• Files you upload: the file you choose is processed temporarily, only to carry out the job you asked for.
• Job records: the tool name, job time, file name and size, and the result status are kept; file contents are never written to these records.
• Account details: if you create an account, your email address and optionally your name are stored, and your password is stored in a form that cannot be reversed. Your password is never kept in plain text.
• Technical records: limited records such as IP address and browser information may be kept to prevent abuse and unauthorised access.
• API keys: if you create a key for the external API, an irreversible hash of the key and its visible prefix are stored; the key itself is never kept in plain text. If you close your account, your keys stop working and are deleted while your account record is anonymised.
• Cookies: only cookies required for the site to work are used: a session cookie, a guest identity and a "remember me" preference. No analytics or advertising cookies are used. Traffic measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics in a cookie-free, fingerprint-free mode, so no cookie consent is needed.

How long files live

• Files you upload as a guest are deleted automatically within 24 hours of the job finishing.
• Member outputs are kept for 15 days; you can delete them whenever you like.
• Input files you upload as a member are deleted within 7 days; outputs live longer than that.
• If you start the deletion yourself, the file is deleted immediately.
• If you close your account, your outputs and history are deleted immediately; your account record is anonymised within 30 days.

Where data is processed

Files and technical records are processed on our own servers; files are not stored in third-party cloud storage. Traffic to the site passes through the Cloudflare network as a security and speed layer. Limited technical data such as IP address and browser information may be processed at this layer.

Third parties

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing. Only the infrastructure provider needed to run the service and Cloudflare as a security and speed layer process data for hosting and traffic security. No ad networks, data brokers or tracking services that collect personal data are used; traffic measurement is done with cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Your rights under KVKK

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the following rights:

• Information: you can learn whether your data is processed and how.
• Access: you can request a copy of the data processed about you.
• Correction: you can ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected.
• Deletion: you can request that your files and records be deleted.
• Objection and portability: you can object to processing and request your data in a portable format.
